JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage the daily operations of the OP, IP, and OT pharmacies to ensure medications are dispensed accurately and safely in all patient care areas.
2.Maintain medication inventory, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing shortages.
3. Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and inventory levels.
4. Implement quality control measures for improved pharmaceutical services.
5. · Conduct regular audits to verify proper medication documentation, accurate dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
6. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medication costs, and inventory in the pharmacy system.
7.Ensure pharmacy operations comply with NABH standards and regulations.
