Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, for the position of Pharmacy Manager. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including managing pharmacy staff and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The role involves inventory management, handling prescriptions, providing guidance on medication and treatment plans, and ensuring smooth customer service delivery. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient safety and service quality. Qualifications Solid knowledge and experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management Proficiency in supervising and working with Pharmacy Technicians Ability to oversee immunization processes and ensure compliance with safety guidelines Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to patient care and safety Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field; valid pharmacist license is required Prior experience in a managerial role within a retail or medical pharmacy setting is preferred
