Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy In-Charge, located in Kozhikode. The Pharmacy In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, managing prescription orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, ensuring accurate compounding of medications, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy and Pharmacy Store management skills
• Experience in supervising Pharmacy Technicians
• Customer Service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or relevant field
• Valid pharmacy license
• Experience in a hospital setting is a plus
