Pharmacy Executive

As a Pharmacist at our company, your primary role will be to dispense medications, provide patient counseling, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Precisely prepare and dispense prescriptions, ensuring adherence to medical orders and legal requirements. - Offer clear guidance on medication usage, side effects, and interactions to guarantee safe and effective treatment. - Review prescriptions and patient profiles for accuracy, monitor drug interactions, and ensure optimal therapy. - Oversee medication stock, manage orders, and maintain proper storage conditions for all pharmaceuticals. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and optimize treatment plans. - Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Administer immunizations, conduct health screenings, and provide essential healthcare services to patients. Qualifications: - Education: Any graduate - Experience: Previous experience as a pharmacy executive is preferred. - Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in pharmacy software and systems. - Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
