· Storage of medication are identified & stored separately (Alphabetical, Sound-alike & look –alike, High risk drug)
· Check every 15th days local purchase register.
· Fill New drug form, approval by doctor & enter in drug formulary
· Staff management & duty Rota (Pharmacy Staff)
· Check purchase bill daily bases
· Maintain all NABH related document & Register
· Look out expiry medicine related procedure every monthly.
· Follow up with respective vendors related to credit note
· Non moving item related procedure every 2 monthly.
· Stock checking & clearing yearly.
· Prepare Stockiest list & MR list with company & ph no.
· Comparison of available & new product
· Communication with MR related to shortage of medicines.
· Being responsible for initiating the indents, storage and maintenance of stocks and accounting of medical supplies and appliances under his charge.
· Pharmacy related(Software, Staff, product) problem solving & editing
· Manage IPD patient drug which is not available in pharmacy (if patient demands.)
· Performing such other duties as may be assigned by the hospital authorities.
