Job Description

To check for the daily complaints in complaint register of each floor Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware. Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level. Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting and resolve the issues timely. Managing technical documentation. Conducting regular system backups. Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, prints services, and email provision. Ensure the security and integrity of hospital data and IT systems. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and manage the IT budget. Manage IT projects from inception to completion. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the healthcare industry. Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes. Provide training and support to hospital staff on new technologies and existing system. Prepare and present reports on IT performance and initiatives to hospital leadership. Do preventive maintenance of IT equipments & asset coding. Management of CCTV, its functioning & data storage.
