Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations at our retail pharmacy. The ideal candidate will assist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service, while ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to customers. Provide accurate information to customers regarding prescriptions and over-the-counter products. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical items. Handle billing, cash register operations, and POS systems. Organize and label shelves, ensuring products are correctly displayed. Support in receiving and checking stock deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pharmacy. Assist in documentation and record-keeping as per regulatory requirements. Address customer queries and escalate issues to the pharmacist when necessary.
