Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for processing prescriptions, assisting customers, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include answering phone inquiries and maintaining the overall organization of the pharmacy area.

Qualifications

Experience in handling Prescription processing and ensuring medication accuracy
Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Pharmacy operations and Inventory Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; a certification in pharmacy assistance is a plus
