We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Scrum Master to guide and coach cross-functional teams in Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, enabling teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles

Remove impediments and manage risks

Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management

Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvementRequired Skills
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

4+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Qualification Bachelor of Aryurvedic Medicine And Surgery,Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences,Master Degree in Life Sciences
