Job Description

Job Summary

Nurse administer prescribed medications and medicine.
Handle emergencies / First Aid to injury.
Need to Maintain & update the medical records of all the employees & trainees
Need to co-ordinate and organize medical camp at periodical intervals.
Need to check pre-employment medical report and ensure their fitness.
Track and analyse the sickness trend, health records & share MIS to HR department
Monitor the high-risk patients health record periodically
Medicine Stocks Maintenance & Re-ordering / PV of stocks tally
Conduct periodical awareness session to the stakeholders
In addition to the above, need to assist the Time office activities - track employee attendance, maintenance of data base of employee, update transactional memo
