Job Description – Pharmacist (Second Shift)Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Experience Required: 2–3 years Key Responsibilities Dispense prescribed medicines accurately and promptly. Provide proper guidance on medicine usage, dosage, and possible side effects to customers. Actively engage in sales of medicines, OTC and wellness products. Maintain stock levels, update inventory, and manage expiry control. Ensure proper billing and cash handling. Conduct regular follow-up calls to customers for repeat/refill medicines. Participate in promotional activities, medical camps, and awareness drives organized by the pharmacy. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards in the store. Assist in daily reporting, software updates, and documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm) with valid license. Experience: 2–3 years of retail pharmacy experience. Personality Traits: Energetic, talkative, and extroverted. Passionate about sales and customer engagement. Flexible and cooperative with work timings. Willing to learn and grow with the organization. Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
