Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. This position is ideal for recent educated candidates with 2+ years of experience who are looking to start their career as a dynamic Retail Pharmacist will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients. Responsibilities include preparing and dispensing medications, monitoring patient therapy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other health care providers. Monitor patient medication therapy and provide appropriate recommendations to optimize pharmacotherapy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use. Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies. Conduct medication reconciliation and review medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy. Maintain accurate records of medications and patient interactions in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
