Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other health care providers. Monitor patient medication therapy and provide appropriate recommendations to optimize pharmacotherapy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use. Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies. Conduct medication reconciliation and review medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy. Maintain accurate records of medications and patient interactions in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
