Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities - Dispense medications and provide instructions to patients - Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and medication inventory - Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and potential interactions - Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care - Stay up-to-date with new medications, therapies, and medical advancements - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) - Registered Pharmacist with the State Pharmacy Council - 1-2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience with pharmacy software and automated dispensing systems - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards - Certification in pharmacotherapy or a related specialty Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
