2. Patient Counseling:

• Advise patients on the proper use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.

3. Medication Therapy Management (MTM):

• Review patients' medication regimens to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor for adverse reactions or inefficacies.

4. Medication Safety:

• Ensure safe storage and handling of medications, including controlled substances.
• Monitor medication recalls and manage any related concerns.
• Educate patients about medication adherence to prevent misuse.
