Willing to work in rotational shift

1 Dispensing medications, managing inventory, and maintaining records.

2. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation

Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
• Counsel patients on the correct use of prescribed and over-the-counter medications.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations for adjustments when necessary.

2. Develop and implement performance improvement plans to ensure excellent

patient care and customer service.

3. Medication Safety and Quality:

1. Develop and implement medication safety initiatives to minimize errors and

adverse events.

2. Monitor and report medication errors, near misses, and adverse events.

4. Inventory Management and Financials:

1. Manage pharmacy inventory, including purchasing, stocking, and controlling

medications and supplies.

5. Skills and Knowledge:

1. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmacy practice.

2. Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

1. Inventory Management:

1. Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmacy supplies and

medications.

2. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.

3. Ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts.

2. Customer Service:

1. Provide excellent customer service to healthcare staff, patients, and visitors.

2. Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly.

3. Ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

3. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

1. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

2. Participate in audits and inspections.

4. Team Management:

1. Supervise and train pharmacy store staff.

2. Ensure that staff are aware of and comply with pharmacy policies and

procedures.

5. Skills and Knowledge:

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
