Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

You will be joining Pristino Pharma Pvt Ltd., a company dedicated to innovation, education, and healthcare, with a specific focus on providing high-quality and cost-effective medicines. The organization, founded in 2021 by Dr. Swapnila Vivek Shinde, endeavors to broaden its reach from general medicines to specialties such as gynecology, orthopedics, and pediatrics. Dr. Shinde, a respected figure with a wealth of academic and research expertise, has a particular emphasis on fostering a women-centric work environment, having supervised numerous postgraduate research scholars and authored over 30 research articles in reputable journals. In this full-time, on-site position as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of our Gynecology division in the Pune region. Specifically, we are looking to fill positions in Aundh-Baner and PCMC areas. Your responsibilities will revolve around promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, a task that necessitates identifying potential clients, achieving sales objectives, delivering exceptional customer service, and keeping abreast of product information and market developments. A fundamental aspect of the role involves establishing and nurturing relationships through regular visits to doctors, medical facilities, and pharmacies. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication abilities, a background in pharmaceutical sales and general sales practices, familiarity with pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical products, strong customer service acumen, self-sufficiency in work, and a track record of meeting sales targets. While a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred, prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous.,
