Pharmaceutical Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Executive with pharmaceutical experience, your role involves managing customer enquiries through various channels such as email and the company website. You will be responsible for responding to daily sales enquiries, communicating with clients on product availability and pricing, and preparing quotations and proforma invoices. Additionally, you will coordinate order follow-ups and maintain records of client interactions using CRM or Excel. Building strong relationships with both existing and new customers will be a key aspect of your role. It is essential to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies, and to share regular updates and reports with the Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to daily sales enquiries via email, company website, and online platforms - Communicate with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and timelines - Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up communications - Maintain records of enquiries and client interactions using CRM or Excel - Coordinate with logistics/inventory teams for smooth order processing - Build strong relationships with existing and new customers - Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies - Share regular updates and reports with the Sales Manager Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry - Pharma background (D. Pharm / B.
