Pharmaceutical Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Executive with pharmaceutical experience, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries through email and website, preparing quotations, and coordinating order follow-ups. Your role will require excellent English communication skills and relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Your key responsibilities will include responding to daily sales enquiries via email, company website, and online platforms. You will be communicating with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and timelines. Additionally, you will prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up communications. It will be essential to maintain records of enquiries and client interactions using CRM or Excel. You will also need to coordinate with logistics/inventory teams for smooth order processing and build strong relationships with existing and new customers. Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies, as well as sharing regular updates and reports with the Sales Manager, will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a Pharma background (D. Pharm / B. Pharm) with a valid pharmacy license. You should currently be residing in Mumbai and possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools are required. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, distribution practices, and documentation, along with the ability to work independently and handle multiple enquiries daily, are essential.
