Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering
Experience: 5 to 7 years in the Engineering Department of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Head to lead the maintenance operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance of all critical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of AHU systems, Water systems, and equipment used in Tablet, Syrup, and Ointment manufacturing lines.
• Execute and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and utilities.
• Ensure maintenance activities are in full compliance with GMP practices and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide support during audits and inspections for WHO GMP and country-specific regulatory bodies (Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, etc.).
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with GMP-compliant maintenance processes.
• Must have exposure to international regulatory standards, particularly WHO GMP and African country norms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details:

• Local candidates from Kadi, Kalol, Gandhinagar, or Mehsana will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,472.14 - ₹30,000.00 per month
