As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the sales team in addressing technical inquiries from customers, conducting product introductions during visits, and providing technical support. You will also be responsible for responding to customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner, collaborating with factory technicians to address customer needs effectively, and conducting on-site visits to understand customer requirements and guide them in resolving technical issues. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to the improvement and optimization of the internal technical database by collecting product information and customer feedback. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related fields. Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to understand customer needs accurately and propose effective solutions are essential. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of technical support experience in the pharmaceutical excipients industry, with a preference for experience in PVP excipients technical support. Experience in leading companies in the industry such as BASF and Ashland would be advantageous. A good teamwork spirit, self-learning ability, and willingness to travel for business purposes are also required for this role.,
