As the Associate Director / AGM International Business, your key responsibilities will include driving and managing CDMO and branded pharmaceutical business in ROW & EU markets. You will be responsible for the entire process from lead generation to deal closure and project transition. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing regulatory filings, and facilitating product commercialization. An essential part of your role will be to develop and execute a 3-year business growth plan. The preferred profile for this position includes a graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy with a post-graduate qualification in International Business or Management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CDMO/CRO, stability testing services, and a deep understanding of international pharma regulations. A proven track record of successfully expanding businesses across different geographies will be highly valued.
