Associate Director / AGM International Business (Pharma)

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director / AGM International Business based in Bangalore. This position will require both domestic and international travel, particularly in ROW & EU markets. The ideal candidate should have a solid background of 8-10 years in international business development, particularly in regulated or semi-regulated markets. As the Associate Director / AGM International Business, your key responsibilities will include driving and managing CDMO and branded pharmaceutical business in ROW & EU markets. You will be responsible for the entire process from lead generation to deal closure and project transition. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing regulatory filings, and facilitating product commercialization. An essential part of your role will be to develop and execute a 3-year business growth plan. The preferred profile for this position includes a graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy with a post-graduate qualification in International Business or Management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CDMO/CRO, stability testing services, and a deep understanding of international pharma regulations. A proven track record of successfully expanding businesses across different geographies will be highly valued.
