PGT Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to meet academic objectives.
• Ensure completion of syllabus within the prescribed timeline and prepare students for CBSE board examinations.
• Maintain proper student records, attendance, and academic progress reports.
• Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment that fosters learning and student participation.
• Encourage students’ overall development by conducting classroom discussions, projects, lab activities, and quizzes.
• Regularly conduct notebook checking, homework monitoring, and assignments evaluation.
• Use innovative teaching aids, digital resources, and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Identify academically weak students and provide necessary support and remedial sessions.
• Actively participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain strong communication with parents through PTMs and regular updates.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school rules by all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and management for academic improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate degree in the concerned subject with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
• Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of CBSE curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor students.
• Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with using digital teaching platforms and educational technology.

• Must be punctual, disciplined, and professionally groomed as per school norms.
• Should actively contribute to school initiatives, cultural events, and examination duties.
• Dedication towards the holistic development of students, beyond academics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
