Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and committed Physics faculty (PGT) member to teach Grades 11 and 12 under the CBSE curriculum. The role requires deep subject knowledge, strong board exam preparation skills, and the ability to engage both residential and day scholar students in a stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Physics to Classes 11 & 12 in line with CBSE curriculum.

Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive entrance tests (JEE, NEET, etc., if applicable).

Create lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessments to support learning outcomes.

Monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Employ modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology in the classroom.

Support both residential and day scholar students in academic and co-academic activities.

Stay current with CBSE syllabus changes and examination requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

: M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university (preferred).

Experience

: Minimum 5 years of teaching Grades 11 & 12 CBSE (preferred).

Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.

Willingness to relocate to

Kanha Shantivanam

Expertise in Physics concepts for senior secondary level.

Ability to make complex topics understandable.

Passion for teaching and guiding students toward excellence.

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
