Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning
• Plan, prepare, and deliver Physics lessons as per CBSE curriculum for Grades XI–XII.
• Use innovative teaching methods, experiments, demonstrations, and technology (ICT tools, simulations, smart boards) for effective learning.
• Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive exams.
• Conduct practical sessions and ensure proper use and safety of Physics lab equipment.
• Assessment & Evaluation
• Design and evaluate unit tests, assignments, and term exams.
• Provide constructive feedback and guide students for academic improvement.
• Maintain accurate student performance records and share progress reports with parents.
• Student Development
• Mentor students to develop scientific skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Identify weak students and provide remedial classes/support.
• Encourage participation in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and research-based projects.
• Administration & Compliance
• Maintain lesson plans, academic records, and subject-related documentation.
• Support school rules, discipline, and ensure punctuality and decorum in class.
• Contribute to school duties such as exam invigilation, paper correction, and extra classes.
• Collaboration & Professional Growth
• Coordinate with other subject teachers and school coordinators for integrated teaching.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions for professional development.
• Actively participate in school events, assemblies, and academic committees.

Qualifications & Skills

• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. in Physics) with B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes (XI–XII).
• Strong subject knowledge with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with CBSE board exam patterns and competitive exam trends.
• Proficiency in using ICT tools, smart boards, and online teaching platforms.

Working Hours

• As per school timings (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM).
• Additional hours during board exams, remedial classes, or school activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
