A PGT Physics teacher is responsible for teaching advanced physics concepts to senior secondary students, typically in grades 11 and 12. This includes developing lesson plans, delivering lectures, conducting experiments, and assessing student performance. They play a crucial role in preparing students for competitive exams and fostering a deeper understanding of physics principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Teaching physics to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12).
• Lesson Planning: Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and learning activities.
• Practical Instruction: Conducting experiments and practical sessions to enhance understanding.
• Assessment: Evaluating student performance through tests, projects, and assignments.
• Conceptual Clarity: Ensuring students grasp complex physics concepts like mechanics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism.
• Exam Preparation: Preparing students for board exams and competitive exams like JEE and NEET (preferred).
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and disciplined learning environment.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives.
• Parent Communication: Engaging with parents to discuss student progress and address concerns.
• Professional Development: Staying updated with new teaching methodologies and participating in workshops.
• Mentorship: Providing academic support and guidance to students.
• Administrative Tasks: Performing necessary administrative duties.

Pay: ₹35,876.00 - ₹45,097.00 per month
