Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Curriculum: Deliver engaging lessons for senior secondary (Grades 11-12) following the CBSE curriculum, developing strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving abilities.
• Exam Preparation: Prepare students for CBSE board exams and competitive entrance tests like JEE.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive, engaging, and disciplined environment, using varied teaching methods and digital tools.
• Assessment: Prepare, administer, and grade assignments/exams; track student progress.
• Mentorship: Guide students on higher education and career paths.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on subject advancements and participate in training.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics; Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching senior secondary Math in a CBSE school.
• Subject Expertise: Strong command of Math concepts, especially for competitive exams (JEE).
• Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, use of educational technology, analytical thinking, and student-centered approach
