Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction. Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback. Encourage critical thinking, reading, and writing skills among students. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events. Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.
