As the Vive Principal and PGT Chemistry teacher at Azad Public School, your role involves supporting the Principal in school administration, overseeing daily operations, formulating school policies, and creating a conducive learning environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to senior secondary students, designing lesson plans, conducting experiments, evaluating assessments, and monitoring the academic progress of students in the subject. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Principal in school administration and daily operations - Develop and implement school policies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment - Teach Chemistry to senior secondary students - Create engaging lesson plans and conduct experiments - Evaluate and grade student assessments to track academic progress - Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills - Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff - Stay updated on modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies - Work independently and collaboratively with the school team Qualifications Required: - Experience in school administration and management - Teaching experience in Chemistry at the secondary school level - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Advanced degree in Chemistry or Education, preferably with a focus on Chemistry - Relevant certifications in education and administration are a plus,
