Manage Customer journey

Answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing clear communication about services and products.

?Consultative selling, cross selling and upselling of products and services.

Manage shelf space, display and merchandising.

recommending solutions based on pet needs, and processing transactions.

fostering trust, and creating a welcoming environment.

Handling paperwork efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the clinic environment organized.

?Maintain the service levels and adherence to Standard operating procedures of the Facility

Experience requirement:

Must haves:

?1+ years experience in retail store/client facing/customer support.

?Basic computer literacy is required.

?Pet parenting experience.

Nice to haves:

?1+ years experience in pet industry is a plus.

?Experience in managing a clinic and a grooming centre is a plus.

?Experience in Pet/Human Health care is a plus.
