Personality & Soft Skill Trainer

You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching aimed at enhancing individuals" personal and professional skills. The topics covered will include communication skills, confidence building, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, and overall personality development. Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging training programs, assessing participants" strengths and areas for improvement, utilizing various training methods like role-playing and group discussions, providing guidance on body language and public speaking, monitoring progress, staying updated on latest trends, collaborating with organizations for customized training programs, and motivating individuals for personal and professional growth. To excel in this role, you should have a certification in soft skills or personality development training (preferred), proven experience as a trainer or coach in personality development, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
