Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Kanpur for a Personality Development & Soft Skills Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and interactive personality development sessions, providing hands-on training in communication and interpersonal skills, and developing custom training materials. Daily tasks include conducting workshops and group activities, assessing participants’ progress, offering constructive feedback to enhance their abilities, and integrating research-driven methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Personality Development, Training, and facilitating workshops
• Strong competency in Research and Writing to create training materials
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms and their application in soft skills development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Communication, Psychology, Education) is preferred
• Prior experience in soft skills training or teaching is an advantage
