Ideal candidates for this role should have a university-level education, preferably in finance or business, AMFI & IRDA certification, sales experience (preferably in Insurance or Wealth Management), excellent communication skills, self-motivation, commercial acumen, and a keen interest in wealth management or insurance industry.
