As a Personal Trainer at Drive FITT, a membership-based club in Gurgaon, India, you will play a crucial role in integrating the sport of cricket, fitness, and recovery for our members. Your primary responsibilities will include designing personalized fitness programs, delivering fitness instruction, and leading circuit training sessions to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. On a daily basis, you will be conducting fitness assessments, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and coaching clients on improving their sports performance. Your role will also involve tracking clients" progress, providing feedback, and motivating them to stay committed to their fitness journey. To excel in this position, you should possess strong Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills. Your ability to communicate effectively and motivate clients of various fitness levels will be essential. Ideally, you should hold certification in personal training or related fields such as NASM or ACE.
