About the Role
A leading FMCG company is seeking a Personal Secretary to support its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who oversees Technology, Finance, and Legal Compliance while heading a team of 30–35 professionals. This is a high-trust role requiring discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate daily schedules, weekly and monthly meetings.
• Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Personal Assistance: Manage personal tasks including credit card bill payments and related financial matters.
• Travel & Visa Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa arrangements.
• Staff & Admin Oversight: Assist in hiring personal staff and manage administrative responsibilities.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, seminars, and liaise with banks and external stakeholders.
• Documentation & Communication: Draft correspondence, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication flow.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred; age up to 40 years.
• Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in office administration are an advantage.
• Prior experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• High level of trustworthiness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
