Job Title: Personal Secretary

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and memos; ensure timely and professional responses.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and various office documents.
Record Keeping: Maintain both electronic and paper-based files and records.
Research: Conduct research and compile information for reports and ongoing projects.
Office Coordination: Collaborate with staff, clients, and vendors for smooth daily operations.
Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum high school diploma (a degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
Experience: Prior experience as a secretary or in an administrative role preferred.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
