Role Description This is a part-time on-site Personal role located in the Greater Kolkata Area at Regale®. The Personal will be responsible for managing Human Resources, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR policies Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Experience with catering industry is a plus Relevant degree or certification in HR or related field Show more Show less
