Personal Loan Interaction Specialist

• Act as the primary point of contact for personal loan prospects through calls, chats, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer financial needs and explain suitable personal loan products, features, and repayment options.
• Conduct preliminary eligibility checks including income, employment type, credit profile, and documentation readiness.
• Convert qualified interactions into loan applications and ensure accurate case login.
• Follow up with customers for document collection, verification, and application completion.
• Coordinate with processing and credit teams to track approvals and resolve customer or case-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and conversion data in CRM/MIS systems.
• Achieve assigned interaction-to-conversion and disbursement targets.
• Ensure adherence to lending policies, communication standards, and data confidentiality norms.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
