Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan Department Department: Sales / Personal Loan Location: Wakdewadi, Pune Job Type: Full-Time(on role) Salary: 18,000 + PF + ESCI Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan offers. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and interest rates. Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful applications. Follow up with customers to ensure loan applications are completed. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or concerns professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any stream. Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can also apply). Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Basic knowledge of financial products, especially personal loans, preferred. Good computer and data entry skills. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
