The Loan Specialist Cum Telecaller is a dual-role position that focuses on loan processing and telephonic customer support. You will guide clients through the loan application process, ensure all necessary documentation is complete, and address any queries they may have. Your goal is to facilitate a smooth loan experience for clients while achieving your tele-services objectives Responsibilities Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products. Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services. Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and loan processing targets. Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline the loan approval process. Keep abreast of industry trends and new loan products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in loan processing or telecalling, preferably both. Strong knowledge of loan products and financial regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
