Job Description

Job Title: Personal Loan Executive Department: Personal Loans / Sales Location: Firozapur, Punjab Experience: 0–1 years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 14,500 + PF + ESIC + Performance Based Incentives Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate loan options. Follow up with customers for loan applications, document collection, and verification. Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, and collections) for smooth processing. Maintain daily call logs, lead details, and conversion records in CRM. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain quality standards. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and convincing skills. Good understanding of financial products (especially loans). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to handle pressure and work in a team environment. Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
