Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of loan products, including personal loans, overdrafts, and other financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, processing loan applications, and ensuring high-quality customer service while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Promote and sell personal loans, overdraft facilities, and other retail loan products to individual customers and businesses. Identify potential clients through leads, cold calling, referrals, and networking. Understand customer financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions. Explain loan terms, conditions, interest rates, and repayment schedules clearly to clients. Collect and verify customer documents and assist in the loan application process. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal of loans. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support. Stay updated on lending policies, market trends, and competitor offerings. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in personal loans or overdrafts. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of financial products and services. Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Skills : Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions. Ability to work independently and in a team.
