Job Description

As a Personal Loan Collection Executive at our company in Trivandrum, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Achieving monthly and quarterly collection targets as set by the management. - Identifying and escalating critical or chronic delinquent accounts to higher authorities. - Coordinating with the credit and legal teams for further action on default cases. - Ensuring collection activities are conducted in a professional, ethical, and legal manner. - Providing daily collection updates and reports to the manager. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum qualification of 10+2 / Graduate (any stream). - 1-3 years of experience in loan collections, preferably in personal loans or unsecured products. - Good communication and negotiation skills, with local language proficiency preferred. - Ability to handle field collections and work effectively under pressure. - Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. Additionally, some key competencies that will contribute to your success in this role include: - Strong interpersonal skills - Result-oriented approach - Integrity and professionalism - Time management and accountability This position is permanent and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
