Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and open to travel (anytime, anywhere). Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Organize and maintain files, databases, and records, often of a confidential nature. Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for meetings and trips. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary. Conduct research and prepare presentations or briefing materials. Support with special projects and other administrative duties as required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
