Personal Banker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Phone Banking Officer to join our growing team. This role involves outbound calling to potential leads for loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and car loans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for financial products.
• Explain loan products clearly and build interest over call.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with backend and sales team for lead closure.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or outbound sales (Freshers can apply)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
• Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus
