Job Description

Dear Candidates,

we have openings for Personal Assistant position in chennai location,

Answering phone calls and taking messages, filtering emails.
Scheduling appointments and managing the employer's calendar.
Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Taking notes during meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
Drafting reports, presentations, and other documents.
Managing expenses, including travel and business expenses.
Conducting research on various topics, including market trends, industry news, and competitor information.
Providing general administrative support, such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and handling other office tasks.
Liaising with other departments and external contacts, such as suppliers and clients.
Assisting with special projects, such as organizing events, conducting research, or developing presentations.
