Job Description

Personal Assistant (PA) to Partners

The Personal Assistant to the Partners provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to ensure the Partner's time is efficiently managed and strategic priorities are executed smoothly. This role requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

· Manage the Partner's calendar, appointments, and scheduling to optimize time and priorities.

· Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

· Handle confidential correspondence, emails, memos, and calls on behalf of the Partners.

· Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and accommodation.

· Maintain and track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups for the Partners.

Communication & Coordination

· Serve as the primary point of contact between the Partner's and Employees.

· Draft, review, and proofread documents and communications.

· Facilitate smooth information flow across departments.

· Attend meetings with/for the Partner's and prepare minutes and action logs.

Administrative & Office Management

· Organize files, documents, and records (physical & digital).

· Support preparation of business reports, proposals, and presentations.

· Manage expenses, budgets, and reimbursements related to the Partner's.

· Coordinate events, conferences, board meetings, and executive gatherings.

Strategic & Operational Support

· Conduct research, compile data, and produce briefing notes when required.

· Assist with special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning tasks.

· Monitor market or industry developments relevant to the Partner's focus areas.

· Identify process improvements to enhance executive productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (preferred).

· 2-3 years of experience.

· Experience in fast-paced corporate environments is an advantage.

· Tally Prime Knowledge is must

Core Skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with digital productivity tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities..

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
