Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications on behalf of the MD. The role requires providing executive support, maintaining diary management, and ensuring smooth office operations through efficient administrative assistance.

Qualifications

Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Competence in Executive Support and Diary Management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in organizational management, planning, and problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
