Job Description

As a proactive and organized Personal Assistant, you will be supporting the Marketing Head by handling scheduling, communication, follow-ups, and general admin tasks to ensure a smooth workflow in the Marketing Department. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings - Coordinate travel and logistics - Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes - Screen emails and calls, and respond on behalf of the Marketing Head - Track key deadlines and project milestones - Maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (preferred in Marketing/Business Admin) - 2+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant - Excellent communication and time-management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace - Discretion and trustworthiness are a must The company prefers candidates with familiarity with marketing tools and basic knowledge of marketing terminology and processes. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day, fixed, and morning shift schedules. The work location is in Faridabad, Haryana.,
